Contract
Terms and Conditions:
Payment received with this contract is considered acceptance of these
terms & conditions and is non-refundable. This contract
is non-cancelable by the client during the contract period and the
client acknowledges full & complete understanding of the terms &
conditions. If payment is not received after services have been
rendered at the request of said client, Webbed Feet holds all rights to
the Web Site in which they were solicited to create by the client.
The account must be paid when due as stipulated herein for the Web Site
to remain on-line. The client acknowledges upon signing this contract
that he/she has not relied upon any promise, statement or
representations other than as contained herein. If WEBBED FEET needs to
take legal or collection action against the client for not meeting the
payment obligation stipulated herein the client will pay for all legal
&/or collection expenses. This contract is governed by the laws of
Wisconsin.
Web Sites designed and formatted for the internet by WEBBED FEET are the
property of WEBBED FEET and are governed by the copyright laws. The
client is strictly forbidden to hire another web master to make any
changes or copy any part the web site without the written consent of
WEBBED FEET until payment of the Web Site is made in full for the
initial building of the Web Site and any subsequent
up-dates/changes/additions or deletions.
Client agrees to pay the one time charge for services of layout &
design and submission of the Original Web Site to the Internet for the
created web pages by WEBBED FEET.
WEBBED FEET reserves the right at its discretion to accept or reject
putting material on the internet. The client agrees to indemnify WEBBED
FEET from any claims, suits, or causes of legal action for libel,
violation or the rights of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement
&/or any other claims in connection with the web pages placed on- line.
The client guarantees WEBBED FEET that is has the legal right to sell
the product or service contained within the material presented for the
Web Site.
The client understands that all sales and inquiry transactions are the
sole responsibility of the client. All orders and inquiries go directly
to the client. WEBBED FEET will not participate in any portion of the
customer and or sales transactions.
All checks returned will be charged twenty-five dollars. Non-payment of
moneys due as stated herein shall cause the full balance to become due &
payable on the specified due date. 1 1/2% per month service charge on
payments more than 10 days over due. WEBBED FEET is not responsible if
the internet or server is temporarily down or for an ISP other services.

the images and products displayed in this web site until such Web Site
has been paid in full to WEBBED FEET.
The undersigned personally guarantees WEBBED FEET all sums due, and
agrees to all the above terms & conditions.
